A life audit. Looking at the areas of your life that aren't working for you.
We will look at what gets in the way of you making change- the beliefs and behaviours that are blocking you.
Establishing a morning routine with a schedule template, to provide consistency, self-care and motivation.
We will work with your inner child to heal pain from the past.
Help you to visualise your future through guided meditation and vision boards.
You will receive ten weeks of support in a small group, to begin to rewrite the next chapter of your life, the life you were always meant to live.
